Stephen Carr co-founded Manufacturing & Technical Services, Inc. — MTS Forge — in 1986 alongside Edward Waddell, establishing the company at its Coatesville, Pennsylvania facility. With a strong metallurgical background and extensive knowledge of forging practices, Stephen helped shape the company's foundational commitment to quality and service excellence. Under his leadership, MTS Forge grew from a startup into a recognized leader in the American forging industry, investing in advanced press technology and in-house tooling capabilities that allow the company to serve the most demanding customers in aerospace, defense, commercial nuclear, and power generation.
