Stephen Carr co-founded Manufacturing & Technical Services, Inc. (MTS Forge) in 1986 alongside Edward Waddell, establishing the company on a foundation of quality and customer service. With a metallurgical background and extensive knowledge of forging practices, Stephen has guided the company's technical direction for nearly four decades. Under his leadership, MTS Forge has grown from a regional forging operation in Coatesville, PA into a recognized leader supplying aerospace, defense, commercial nuclear, and power generation industries. His commitment to precision engineering and investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing technology has enabled MTS Forge to consistently meet the stringent quality assurance requirements demanded by military and nuclear-grade procurement programs across the United States.
