Stephen Carr co-founded Manufacturing & Technical Services, Inc. (MTS Forge) in 1986 alongside Edward Waddell, building the company on a foundation of quality and service. His expertise spans closed die forgings, upset rings and cylinders, heat treatment, and specialty alloy processing.
