Stephen Carr co-founded Manufacturing & Technical Services, Inc. (MTS Forge) in 1986 alongside Edward Waddell, building the company on a foundation of quality and service. With a strong metallurgical background and extensive hands-on knowledge of forging practices, Stephen has been instrumental in shaping MTS Forge's technical capabilities and industry reputation. His expertise spans closed die forgings, upset rings and cylinders, heat treatment, and specialty alloy processing.
