Precision Sawing
High-capacity sawing services for materials up to 16 inches in outer diameter. Ideal for preparing billets, bars, and forged stock to exact length specifications before downstream processing or shipment.
From precision sawing of large-diameter billets to electric eye contour burning and near-net-shape rough machining, MTS Forge delivers custom metal profile shearing and cutting solutions engineered for the tightest tolerances. Whether your application demands aerospace-grade accuracy or heavy industrial capacity, our in-house capabilities eliminate vendor handoffs and keep your supply chain moving with confidence.

Comprehensive in-house cutting solutions handling large diameters, complex contours, and tight dimensional requirements across a full range of metals.
High-capacity sawing services for materials up to 16 inches in outer diameter. Ideal for preparing billets, bars, and forged stock to exact length specifications before downstream processing or shipment.
Electric eye contour burning for materials up to 8 inches thick. This process accurately traces and cuts complex profiles and irregular shapes, minimizing material waste and reducing the need for secondary machining.
In-house rough machining removes excess material from as-forged or as-cut parts to bring components to near-net shape, reducing customer lead times and eliminating the cost and risk of outsourcing to a separate machining vendor.

Our metallurgically trained team reviews your drawings, material specifications, and dimensional tolerances. We identify the optimal cutting method—sawing, burning, or rough machining—to minimize material waste and meet your exact requirements from the outset.
Nearly four decades of metallurgical expertise, in-house capability, and rigorous quality standards make MTS Forge the trusted cutting and shearing partner for demanding industries.
Founded by metallurgists, our team understands material behavior at every stage, ensuring cutting parameters are optimized for each alloy and grade.
