Stephen Carr co-founded Manufacturing & Technical Services, Inc. (MTS Forge) in 1986 alongside Edward Waddell, bringing a strong metallurgical background and decades of hands-on forging knowledge to the business. As a partner in building MTS Forge from the ground up, Stephen helped establish the company's foundational principles of quality and customer service that continue to define the organization today. His expertise in material science and forging process engineering has been instrumental in expanding MTS Forge's capabilities into high-demand sectors including aerospace, defense, commercial nuclear, and power generation. Under his leadership, MTS Forge has grown into a recognized industry leader operating from its Coatesville, Pennsylvania facility, serving manufacturers and procurement teams across the United States with precision, custom-forged components.
